The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced 3 voluntary recalls:
KID O Baby rattles
Cool-it Soother from Vulli
Toddler Talk Toy Mobile Phone from Discover Toys ...

The Kid O rattles recalled as the baby rattles had detachable beads (choking hazard). The Toy Mobile Phone with a plastic antenna that can break off. The Soother poses an ingestion hazard if teething ring is punctured and liquid escapes. See More at:
